  This module covers the essential preparation and welcoming procedures required for every session at The Wonder Lab Project. Instructors learn how to set a positive tone, maintain clear expectations, and properly manage the attendance register. Establishing consistency from the start builds trust and ensures an organized environment for every child, parent, and carer.

  Maintaining Standards and Supporting Children

  This module explores positive behaviour management and the appropriate response when a child is upset. Instructors learn how to explain rules consistently, reinforce the Code of Conduct, and handle sensitive situations respectfully. It also outlines key safeguarding requirements, including the strict rule against promising secrecy.

  Room Safety and Venue Protocols

  This module details the critical safety checks and environmental standards required in every venue. Instructors will review emergency procedures, floor maintenance, and furniture guidelines to prevent accidents. It also covers the safe wrap-up routine to ensure all learners are properly accounted for at sign-out.
